How to Report a Vulnerability

Please send your report to:

To help us investigate efficiently, please include, where possible:
the affected product or service;
the software version;
a detailed description of the vulnerability;
the steps required to reproduce the issue;
the potential or observed impact;
screenshots, proof-of-concept code, or any other relevant technical evidence.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:
acknowledging receipt of your report within five business days;
investigating the reported vulnerability as promptly as possible;
keeping you informed of the progress of our investigation whenever appropriate;
addressing the vulnerability according to its severity and associated risk.

What We Ask of You

When reporting a vulnerability, we kindly ask that you:

do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate its existence;
do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users;
do not disrupt or degrade the availability of our services;
allow us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and remediate the issue before making any public disclosure.

Confidentiality

The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of investigating, mitigating, and resolving the reported vulnerability.
